OVERVIEW

Established in 2010, JA/Decoration is a subsidiary of ISSI Design Group dedicated to the soft furnishing industry in the Asia-Pacific region.

In 2022, a branch called JA/CASA is set to launch in Australia, focusing on expanding the furniture retail business. To mark the grand opening of its first store in FITZROY, Melbourne, DigiBlossom was entrusted with creating an elegant ecommerce website for JA/CASA, customized specifically for the local market.

THE CHALLENGE

JA/CASA is looking to establish a crafted e-commerce store that presents their brand aesthetic with excellent customer experience. Meanwhile, the store also requires a well-designed backend system for inventory management.

THE SOLUTION

Digiblossom worked closely to understand what exactly JA/CASA needed for the site and implemented styles and website designs that adhere to the elegance of the brand.

Through re-organising inventories, a new navigation system is also delivered to boost customer experience.

Maintaining a simple backend system was also one of the key focus in the project, we make sure the staff could update inventory without any hassle.
